My Property Shop was founded by Tracey Burns, a fully licensed real estate agent and ex multi award winning Ray White agent. Tracey opened My Property Shop and in particular a specialist property management division as she was frustrated with the lack of care, attention, and service she was receiving on her own investment properties. Prior to the launch of her own Real Estate business, Tracey’s work history has been quite intense, having owned several businesses and specialising in sales, customer service, business and admin which gives her a broad knowledge in order to give her clients a professional and relaxed approach. Having bought, renovated, sold and invested in local real estate herself over the past 28 + years, Tracey is on the ball with what is happening on the Redcliffe Peninsula & Surrounding Suburbs, Real Estate Rental and Sales market (50 years born and raised on the Peninsula) and has a strong desire in helping people with all their Real Estate needs. Specialising in Property Management Portfolios – It doesnt matter if you own 1 (one) investment property or 10 (ten) Tracey is an experienced investor looking after your investments.

Fiona Furletti – Property Management Team

headshot-fiona Fiona’s career in real estate started in Victoria in 2004 as a personal assistant to the branch manager at Ray White Seymour. This role gave her a good understanding of residential sales and the property market and led her to pursue a sales administration role later when she relocated to Townsville. Taking a break from the industry Fiona travelled Australia working as a tour guide for Contiki before moving to Thailand to teach English to children. Fiona returned to real estate in 2013 to become a property manager in Redcliffe, where she managed a portfolio of 155 properties in the surrounding area. A firm but fair manager, Fiona prides herself on honest communication and problem solving skills. Fiona is a home owner herself and understands property and manages each investment as if it is her own.

Ashleigh Dries – Property Management Team

Ashleigh has enjoyed a successful career in property on the peninsula and surrounding areas over the past 5 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles as a Property Manager and Office Manager and takes her role very seriously here at My Property Shop. “I’m most excited about being part of a small, close knit team that will genuinely work together to get things done and achieve the best results possible for our clients says Ashleigh.

Michele has been working in real estate industry for approximately 5 years.

Michele is experienced within various roles of the industry, which has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of client’s expectations. Michele believes in customer service and in providing professional and proactive services to her clients. Michele is known for her strong interpersonal and communication skills. Michele’s approachable and outgoing personality means she enjoys every day with a smile and gets the job done.
