We first met Tracey Burns in January 2008 when we inspected a home she was selling at Kippa-Ring. At that stage we were not totally committed to buying a new home and/or selling our property at Elizabeth Avenue, Clontarf.  Over the next few months I communicated with Tracey many times. She came and valued our Clontarf property and there was no pressure at all to sell. We asked many things of her and she was always happy to help us and she went out of her way many times to assist us. We had various ideas for relocating and she helped with them all. Tracey was never forceful (though she is very knowledgeable) in her opinions and always respectful of ours.

Eventually we purchased our new home at Kippa-Ring. We then had to put our house at Clontarf on the market and we had no hesitation is choosing Tracey to sell our home for us. We had met many, many Real Estate agents over the months and we knew we were dealing with the best in Tracey. She devised the selling strategy and the house went on the market. During the month long campaign we were always kept up to date with the progress. On the day of the Auction it was very stressful for us, but Tracey went out of her way to look after us. We had a successful result on the day which of course we were happy about.

We have 2 pre-teen boys who were not at all happy to be moving and Tracey made them part of the process as well. This made it a family experience which made it easier on our sons.

After seeing Tracey at work both as a buyer and a seller we would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. Her expertise in the local area knows no bounds and this is reflected in her ability as a Real Estate Consultant.
